    When you first setup and account with us, you must change your domain's DNS settings to point to our servers. (ns1.nurples.com and ns2.nurples.com) This process takes up to three days. If you still experience this problem after three days, feel free to open a support ticket and we will assist you further.

    This is because you have not updated your contact information inside CPanel. You must update your Email Address inside your CPanel for this option to work. If you have this problem, please submit a support ticket and we will reset your password for you.

    First insure that you uploaded all your files to the "public_html" or "WWW" folder. Then insure that your main website file is named "index.html" or "default.html"
